I had already been looking at Muranos, so knew what I wanted. I saw one on their website that met my specifications, and so inquired if it was still available. Campbell Nelson Nissan took what is typically a very stressful, uncomfortable process, and made it super easy. I had a strict budget and specific model I was looking for, and Johnnie Lamm understood my concerns and gave me an excellent deal on a much needed car upgrade. He didn't push the sale or try to upsell me on a more expensive car. In fact he did a great job working with the sales manager to get me the best deal possible. I looked at two dealerships, one offering special discounts but not great service. When I came to Campbell Nelson, I was introduced to Johnnie Lamm. He was friendly, honest and helpful. The #1 thing that stood out to me, and that I appreciated, about Campbell Nelson Nissan is that they did not seem desperate to make a sale. They didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need. And the price presented on the internet was the price that they asked for. Other dealerships I was considering wanted up to $3,000 more than the listed price. I needed a new to me vehicle, and hate shopping. My husband and I went in to just have a look on a Sunday, and Johnnie Lamm found a Murano with low miles that was being sold after lease. John assisted in a very unique vehicle replacement transaction that is clearly out of the ordinary for any dealer. His attention to detail and promptness in responding to all the involved parties helped make the transaction go as smoothly as possible. Proactively he identified the identical vehicle to my previous one (model, options, color etc.) and brought it in from another location and held it while Nissan North America processed a mountain of paperwork. This is the third vehicle I have purchased at Campbell Nelson with John. It is wonderful to drive away in a new vehicle that you love without any lingering doubt if you paid too much. The process is painless - I have always felt valued and heard throughout the process. John Kelch was fantastic. He introduced us to the 2015 Nissan Leaf and thoroughly explained the options of leasing and buying. We ultimately found a barely used 2015 model at another lot, but I wish I could have purchased it though John. I definitely recommend going though the internet department!!

We are not strangers to auto purchasing. My husband is in a high mileage occupation causing him to trade in his cars every 3 or so years. My last car was purchased 10 years ago, earning my award for the worst experience EVER! Our experience this past Sunday with Campbell Nelson was extraordinary due to John Kelch! My daughter's car was totaled after an accident, she is in Lynnwood and I'm in Boston and I had to buy her a car to replace the one that was totaled. I had to buy this car via telephone and email with a little FedEx thrown in for good measure. They did everything they could to facilitate this purchase.
